These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between Back It Up Junk Removal and Back It Up Pressure Washing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By scheduling service, paying a deposit, approving an estimate, signing a work order, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company provides residential and commercial services including:

• Junk removal and hauling
• Debris removal and cleanouts
• Cold water pressure washing of exterior surfaces

Services will be performed as described in the written estimate, invoice, or work order.

2. ESTIMATES

All estimates are based on the information provided by the Client and may consider:

• Volume or weight of junk
• Accessibility and labor required
• Surface area and condition of surfaces to be cleaned
• Disposal or dump fees

Final pricing may change if actual job conditions differ from those described when the estimate was issued.

On-site evaluations override photo or verbal estimates when conditions differ.

3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Deposits may be retained if:

• The appointment is canceled within 24 hours
• The Client is not present at the scheduled time
• Access to the property is not provided

Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned or declined payments may incur additional fees.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all work areas
• Identify all items intended for removal
• Remove or secure pets
• Provide a working water source for pressure washing services unless otherwise arranged
• Notify the Company of any hazards, fragile areas, underground utilities, or special conditions

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or unsafe site conditions.

5. PROHIBITED MATERIALS (JUNK REMOVAL)

The Company does NOT accept or transport hazardous or illegal materials including but not limited to:

• Chemicals, solvents, or paint
• Asbestos or biohazard materials
• Explosives or ammunition
• Medical or infectious waste
• Any items prohibited by law

If prohibited materials are discovered, services may be stopped and additional fees may apply.

The Client warrants that all items are legal to remove and dispose of.

6. PRESSURE WASHING DISCLOSURE

Back It Up Pressure Washing uses cold water pressure washing equipment.

The Client understands and agrees:

• Some stains may not be fully removable (rust, oxidation, oil, deep organic staining)
• Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or discoloration
• Results may vary depending on surface age and condition

The Company does not guarantee restoration to “like-new” condition.

7. SURFACE RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Pressure washing may expose or worsen pre-existing conditions including:

• Loose siding or trim
• Failing paint or stain
• Cracked mortar or grout
• Aged or deteriorated wood
• Pre-existing concrete cracking or pitting
• Failing caulking or seals

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

8. WATER INTRUSION DISCLAIMER

Exterior cleaning uses pressurized water.

The Client acknowledges the risk of water intrusion where:

• Windows or doors are improperly sealed
• Caulking is deteriorated
• Structural defects exist

The Company is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from pre-existing defects.

9. WEATHER & RESCHEDULING

Services may be rescheduled due to:

• Rain or storms
• Lightning or high winds
• Freezing temperatures
• Unsafe working conditions

Deposits will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit
• Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee
• No-show appointments may incur a service fee

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:

• Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed
• Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Company is not liable for damage caused by hidden defects, structural weakness, or previously damaged surfaces

12. INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:

• Failure to disclose hazardous or unsafe conditions
• Removal of property not owned by the Client
• Third-party disputes related to removed items

13. SATISFACTION POLICY

If you are unsatisfied, you must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

15. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By scheduling service, approving an estimate, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
